A pool supply company with nearly 1,000 locations around the country is entering the Loudoun County market with a new store. Leslie’s Pool Supplies is coming to an Ashburn shopping center.
Based on county permits, it appears Leslie’s is taking a spot in the Riverside Square shopping center. That’s the retail plaza on the north side of Route 7 that is home to Texas Roadhouse, Oak Health Club, OrthoVirginia, Sheetz, and other businesses.
Leslie’s specializes in pool accessories, parts and equipment, chemicals, as well as items for hot tubs and spas.
The company — founded in 1963 — is the largest retailer of pool supplies in the United States. There are Leslie’s stores across Northern Virginia, but none currently in Loudoun County. The closest store currently is in Chantilly.
The store at Riverside Square will be going into a vacant space next to Black Hog BBQ and Mattress Warehouse. They still need to “build out” the space for the Leslie’s store, so no word yet on when it will open.
